Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology by Brad Neville, Douglas D. Damm, Carl M. Allen, Jerry Bouquot, and Brad W. Neville has great pictures and is very easy to follow and read. The differential diagnosis pages in the back are a great tool. It categorizes the lesions and provides the page reference for that ailment. Great book!
